Refund, Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, return, or exchange.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations

Within 30 minutes of placing the order (and before processing begins):
A 10% cancellation/restocking fee will apply. -
If the order is already in the design or packaging stage:
A 30% cancellation/restocking fee will apply. -
Orders that have already been dispatched:
Cancellations are not permitted.
Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging must be intact

Personalized or customized items are non-returnable
Return shipping:

Late Shipping Policy
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days after the end of our stated shipping timeframe, you may request a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is:

Not collected, refused, or otherwise undeliverable,
the shipping carrier may destroy the item.
By placing an order with FootballSavage™, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for such losses, and no refund will be issued.
Defective Products Upon Arrival
All products are inspected prior to dispatch. However, if an item arrives defective:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be returned unaltered and in original condition
If packaging is damaged during transit:

A free replacement may be issued upon proof of damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping

A replacement is sent once the return shipment is confirmed
Defects discovered after delivery must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for assistance.
