Shipping Overview

FootballSavage™ partners with leading international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, SF Express, and trusted local couriers to deliver orders worldwide. We proudly offer flat-rate international shipping directly to your door.

All orders are charged at checkout and are subject to payment verification and approval before shipment. To prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those flagged for additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Order Processing

  • Orders typically require 2–5 business days to be processed and transferred to our carrier’s sorting facility

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Once an order enters processing, no changes can be made, including address modifications

  • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to supplier location differences.


Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking numbers. Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched to the carrier.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear

  • If no tracking information is visible after 5 business days, contact us for assistance

FootballSavage™ is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, labor strikes, public holidays, or local carrier disruptions.


Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase price

  • The recipient is fully responsible for all customs-related charges

  • If a shipment is refused or returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import fees

Customs policies vary widely. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FootballSavage™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  • You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier

  • Delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps are used when reviewing disputes

  • Claims not reported promptly may be denied


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders begin processing immediately

  • Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement
